Statistics/Trends
The Statistics/Trends Report includes graphs, charts and lists, with statistics for 32 geographical statistical districts in Phoenix and 15 in Tucson. The San Francisco Bay Area Statistics/Trends includes tables with statistics for the nine counties and 74 cities in the Bay Area and Metro Portland-Vancouver Statistics/Trends Report includes 14 Statistical Districts. The Bay Area and Metro Portland-Vancouver format differs slightly from the images displayed below. The Statistics/Trends Report reflects the following facts and figures in a comprehensive, easy-to-understand format:

The first two pages of the Statistics/ Trends Report comprise the Summary. This is available separately from the full report and summarizes the current periods' salient market statistics plus RealData's "observations' of the market area's activity. (The Statistics/ Trends Summary is available only for Phoenix 100+ and Tucson.)
